Laying 2025 To Rest: What Came Through This "Year"

As I put 2025 to rest,

I feel what different frequencies asked of me this year.

Gentleness asked for greater openings in my heart,

and a place to nestle into my dynamic soul.

Protectiveness and defence asked for validation,

and the grace to breathe again without being so activated.

The feminine within asked me to bring more harmony

into my approach to life,

my inhabitation of my body,

my way of singing my soul

and the souls of others

into the present, where healing is possible.

The masculine, inside and out,

asked for patience

and permission to find presence.

Alchemy asked me to slow down

to let my fire become a sustained warmth

rather than something that is always expected to roar.

My womb asked me to rest more

to feel her in her moments of compensation,

of meeting and filling gaps

with others, relationally

and within myself too.

Somewhere in all of this

I learned how to trust myself again

as a living, breathing knowing.

I learned all over again, with greater humility,

the art of letting go

and the courage of letting in

and how tears

are the sacred watering of arrival.

As 2026 comes alive in my bones

I feel the deepening of all this and more

in the name of service,

in the name of my authentic and deeply embodied feminine arising

without a need for personal cost

in the name of my beloved Divine connection.

May you feel what this year has asked of you…

invited you into feeling and healing and moving through.

May you also feel the desires, intentions, and sacred steps

that are coming alive now

as you move more fully into the new.
