Heaven In Your Feminine Body - Free To Be She Chapter Eleven Excerpt

Heaven was never meant to be a distant realm, but something you could feel, breathe, and experience in your body. Your skin, your breath, your womb, your energy field and your entire being and ALL parts of you…are already encoded with the frequencies of Divine Heavenly Love.

Your awakening journey this life invites you not to transcend your body, but fully inhabit it AS your Divine Feminine Venusian essence. True awakening is not about escaping the body, but about fully embodying the Divine within it. 

For so many lifetimes, we have been taught and offered by many traditions and lineages that spiritual awakening is about leaving the body behind. We have been told to rise above our earthly experiences, detach from physical form, and merge into something beyond ourselves, the ultimate truth or the absolute. We have been programmed that the Divine exists only beyond the body rather than from within it and that any of the body’s urges/desires/impulses are impure, sinful, and limiting. 

This separation has led to a collective disconnection from our physical forms, viewing them as obstacles to enlightenment rather than sacred vessels of Divine presence. To truly be empowered by our soul’s gifts and frequencies within our feminine bodies, especially our womb wisdom, is also what is most threatening to the dark patriarchal forces who have controlled the agenda and want to maintain that power. 

Many lifetimes as a Priestess in dedicated devotion to the Divine have also been about transcendence of your body. It was an afterthought, something to be maintained at the minimal level of basic needs and often with periods of extreme fasting based on denial and will power, in order to allow more moments to sit in meditation or devotional prayer. These lifetimes were often about seeking approval, seeking enlightenment, seeking transcendence, seeking bliss, seeking escape from the seeming density of the body and all it held.The body may have been whipped by your soul’s hand in flagellation rituals and by others, receiving ongoing punishment in one form or another as penance to pay for your ‘sins’. The body may have been repeatedly poisoned with herbs in rituals to achieve transcendent spiritual states and communion with God.

In these devotional lives, the body was denied nourishment in the form of sacred sexuality through strict vows of celibacy and suppression of all natural desires and urges for pleasure with self and sacred partners. It was starved of the true food of Divine Mother’s love and compassion flooding into our bodies to be received as comfort and balm to ease the fear of traumatizing deaths and illnesses. 

This rejection of our bodies has created a cellular trauma that carries forward in each of our lifetimes. The experiences of physical body persecution from other timelines - witches being burned at the stake, christians being hung on crosses, Jews being gassed in chambers - contains a dense vibration of fear and even terror that is contained and held in our DNA. 

It is now possible, in this lifetime, to heal this body trauma on emotional, spiritual, mental, energetic and physical levels. As collective consciousness on Gaia continues on our awakening path that began to accelerate in 2012, we are able to experience heaven within our bodies and embody 5D consciousness without needing to leave it.

The tension and suffering our bodies (on all levels) have held just from this lifetime has to be released so that these higher frequencies can come in. Space needs to be made for the new to come in. There is no avoiding, bypassing, repressing, or getting out of this feeling, purging, or any kind of ‘release to receive process’ if you have signed up for this...as much as parts like the Protector or  Gatekeeper might like to use all means of defenses, diversions, distractions and medications, including false foods, false light, false relationships and false gods.

As you tune into your soul's reason for being here and higher purpose in this way, this allows the process to occur naturally without forcing anything. You are able to surrender to the discomfort as a portal and to provide support to your body in any way you can by tuning into your soul body’s wisdoms.

Choosing Ascension this life really doesn't mean trying to go up and out of the body as in previous lifetimes but actually bringing the higher codes into the body's experience. Now is the lifetime where we finally get to experience heaven IN our bodies by connecting to our 3D, 4D and 5D bodies in conscious ways.
