We don't become whole by abandoning the parts of us that formed through separation. We become increasingly whole by bringing them into loving relationship with who we are now and with the Divine essence that has always been available within us.

There can be a tendency in spiritual circles to talk about 3D (third dimension), 4D (fourth dimension), and 5D (fifth dimension) as if they are places we are trying to get to or escape from.

I have been feeling into a larger movement that seems to be happening within the masculine and feminine, both individually and collectively. For many women who have developed a deep capacity to perceive, feel, and hold emotional and relational space, there can be a subtle tendency to begin organizing around the masculine’s becoming.
