Beloved She,

Welcome to this portal of remembrance with me and the deepening of this journey together.

You are entering this gateway now with a steady step and self-loving pace.

You are coming out of hiding now. Out of the places in shadow that you have been lovingly placed.

You are emerging into the protective light of the Divine Father. And into the warmth of my compassionate heart and love.

As you enter my Garden, parts of you can drop the swords and shields that have been necessary until now. You can rest limbs weary from the holding up of these defenses.

You can relax the vigilance that has so long been scanning, alert to any possible threat and readying for attack.

You can take deep breaths and relax from your crown through your womb space and into your root.

You can shed tears that are needed for cleansing, for release and for healing.

You can lift veils that hid sacred magics, gifts, and realms that were better kept protected.

You can remember now, beloved daughter, here with me in this moment. For now, it is safe to open up.

Now, it is safe to BE.

Free To Be She

The title of this book, Free To Be She, came to me while walking a forest trail in Canada with my beloved Raphael several years ago. At the time, I was being guided that the first book in this unfolding series needed to be Free To Be 5D, as an overview of the emotional and spiritual healing journey that has moved through me and those I serve.

Yet alongside that came the whisper of a second book, one that would turn its full attention to the feminine soul’s journey. Free To Be She arrived as a code, as a promise, as a seed waiting for the right season to bloom.

I share this book now as part of what we were guided is a living series: Free To Be 5D, Free To Be She, Free To Be He (would be written by Raphael), and one day, Free To Be We, a weaving together with Raphael of what sacred union and community can truly become.

Each book is a facet of the same diamond, refracting the light of our souls’ remembering. I published Free To Be 5D in 2020 and it is a good beginning place, offering an extensive overview of third, fourth, and fifth dimensional realities and how they live within us as parts and soul aspects. If you are guided, you may take in that book before this one, although it is not necessary to receive what you are meant to from this one.

Why is ‘Free To Be’ the waveform being offered?

I have felt how deeply, across countless lifetimes, we have not truly felt free to simply be. And certainly not free to be She.

So often it was safer to hide, to take on masculine frequencies as a shield, or to live in suppression rather than risk the persecution, the control, or even the death that could follow a feminine soul standing in her essence. The hijacking of humanity’s consciousness since the fall of Atlantis only compounded this amnesia, burying our remembrance under layers of density and distortion.

And yet, here we are.

This lifetime is utterly unlike any other, offering us the once unimaginable possibility of being fully feminine and fully free.

No longer hidden behind masculine protection strategies, not reduced to caretaking roles or achievement-based proving, but anchored in safety within ourselves and mirrored more and more by a shifting outer world.
