Higher Heart Opening, Activation & Expansion Guided Meditation
Welcome to this space of heart expansion and deep inner connection offered by this guided meditation voiced by me, Jelelle Awen, set to my Higher Heart waves music with 432HZ quartz crystal heart chakra bowl and many synth layers.
Your higher heart is an expansion of your personal heart frequency to align with higher dimensional energies of cosmic, galactic, star seed, and the Divine. As your higher heart activates and opens up, you are able to connect to your infinite love essence within your body.
This sound transmission is inspired by my beloved 432HZ quartz crystal heart chakra bowl which I have played in many 1:1 sessions, sound healing events and healing group circles over the years. The bowl rings out in a pure F note frequency through the entire song, creating a heart chord throughline with only a grounding C note sustaining as a drone with it.
This transmission blends ambient drift synth layers of melodic and base tones forming the background drone with choir vocals spaced throughout. The frequency invites you into deep meditation to receive the higher heart chakra activation and opening, plus expansion into Unity Consciousness that the higher heart opens up. It is like drifting on an open ocean or diving in and submerging, letting the sun rays from the surface guide you. A feeling sense of being connected to ALL beings and yourself in deep ways that are aligned with your heart.
I’ve been listening to this music a lot for a couple of weeks now and have felt flutters/activations in my higher heart space through it, emotional clearings. The music by itself seems to create a powerful transmission of open expanse to receive infinite love in unformed ways.
Yet, I also wanted to offer this guided meditation with the music as a bridge of my voice and energy to those who might desire that as well since a couple people have asked for that. In this meditation, Divine Mother comes through to offer you a space for bringing your intention, attention and awareness to your higher heart field, expansion of your heart to radiate love rather than absorb fear, and to bring in your Divine Self compassion. This meditation activates a safe space within you supported by the Divine for any part/soul aspect to come forward for support, healing, and receiving.
It may push up some uncomfortable or uneasy feelings within you and egoic parts to go into this dissolving into the higher heart space. Open up your heart more to receive love with Divine Mother and invite Her to come to you, offering warmth and comfort to any parts of you who may need that. Feel the heart chord that you always have to Her and Her love.
Some of the affirmation codes that came through for you to receive and embody were: My heart is open to Divine love. I trust my heart’s wisdom and embrace all parts of me. Love flows through me, as me, and to all aspects of my being. You are love. You are light. You are infinite.
In this powerful time of transition, opening up our higher heart frequencies allows us to receive support with Divine Mother and all parts/soul aspects to feel opened out and comforted in that expansion.
