You didn’t come into this life to only search for joy. Joy is a remarkable feeling to let in, yet it is as limited as sorrow if they are not allowed to mingle.
You aren’t here now to only experience suffering and pain. Pain has an aching depth to it that grounds you sometimes, especially into your heart… yet using pain as a reason to always feel separate, lost, unreachable, inconsolable, holds the gifts of joy at bay and smudges out any reason to truly live.
Joy, pain, bliss, grief, are colours of the same rainbow. 3D, 4D, 5D consciousness and beyond are all brushstrokes on the same canvass. You are the painter and the painted, the collaborator with the Divine and your Divine Self as you navigate and experience all of the tastes and textures that make you, you.
The richness of life comes not from mastering one frequency over another, but from being able to swing and sail between all of them, learning to surf the waves or swim underneath them, yet not to lose yourself to the undertow. This is the fear though, that the pull of the pain of parts of you or in your soul could be so strong that you’ll never surface again.
Your guides, your sacred higher-frequency soul aspects, your beloved connection to the Divine, are meant to be let in and allowed to hold space for it all.
This is what brings you to having a baseline of love, especially a healing sense of self-love, to lean into at all times. Love is what holds us to our most treasured desires and supports us to move through the most challenging of circumstances.
Love wants to take you somewhere deeply fulfilling, no matter which stratum of consciousness or texture of feeling you need to feel. It is your pilot, your captain, your Divine companion. It moves through you and your life in unpredictable ways with some very unexpected mirrors.
Without love, joy and sorrow and 3D/4D/5D/11D don’t mean very much at all. Surrendering to love’s constant flow is the ultimate ongoing journey and the truest experience of being sacredly human.
…letting all of this in myself today as I reflect on these words from the Divine. It’s such a sacred and humbling reminder that what we move through is up to love, not up to us… and what we are ready to embrace about ourselves and parts of us is a result of this letting in of love at its fullest invitation.
