The five phases of the Heroine's Journey covered in this self-guided course are:

• Individuation – Going through individuation and awakening through ongoing growth, loss, heartbreak, etc. and connecting to your home field within, a safe space to connect with inner aspects such as the Inner Child, Teenager/Maiden, 3D self, Protector, Inner Mother, or Inner Masculine as they arise

•  Descent & The Dark Feminine - Dropping into the depths of your womb to connect with shadow aspects, the Dark Feminine, Priestess or Wise Woman, and reconciling what has been exiled or suppressed

•  The Ascent - Integration and Unification, the natural ascent that deepens through feeling the presence of these different feminine expressions within you, all welcomed and held within a deeper ground of being, and supported by the living presence of Divine Mother's garden.

• Inner Sacred Union – In this stage of the journey, we begin to turn toward the inner masculine with compassion. Ongoing Unification occurs through meeting the Inner Masculine and Inner Feminine in their current expressions and feeling into inner sacred union.

• The Return – Embodied Transmission: bridging to the Venus/Divine Feminine essence and what is ready to be lived, transmitted, and offered through being

As you move through this journey, you may begin to:

Feel more connected to your body, emotions, and inner experience
Recognize and gently work with the parts of you that hold wounds or protective patterns
Soften into greater self-compassion and acceptance
Heal and integrate aspects of your feminine expression
Experience a more conscious and supportive inner masculine
Feel more anchored in yourself, with greater clarity and inner stability
Open to deeper self-love, embodiment, and your divine feminine essence
